Course Options
Level 1 “Beginner”
- Implants placement from basic to advanced level
- Master suturing technique
- Ridge and socket preservation
- 1 week tour in Cairo and Luxor
Pre-requisites: Have placed a few implants or never placed an implant before. Basic suturing and extractions are necessary
Level 2 “Advanced”
- Full mouth implant placement
- PRF technique and procedure
- Sinus lifts and ridge splits
- Ridge Grafting
- 1 week tour in Cairo and Luxor
Pre-requisites: Placing multiple implants and restorations currently. Interested in advancing technique and procedures into full mouth implants, sinus lifts, complex grafting, ridge preservation.
Level 3 “Soft Tissue Grafting”
- What are gingival recessions and what are their types?
- Can ALL types of gingival recessions be covered?
- Can ANY implant surface coverage with recessions be achieved successfully?
- Each participant will perform live gingival procedure on patients (FGG & CT graft)
- What are other reasons to do connective tissue grafts, even with no recessions?
- When should you use connective tissue grafts and when should you use a free gingival graft?
- What are the harvesting techniques of connective tissue grafts (5 techniques)?
- Which donor site is best for connective tissue graft?
- Best suturing techniques to stabilize the graft and minimize patient discomfort.
- Of all this, which technique do we recommend you use?
- How to manage the donor site? How to reduce pain, and bleeding and improve patient acceptance?
What are the most predictable alternatives to using patients’ own tissue?
What is the role of biologics in improving my treatment outcome? Is it just a hoax?
Egypt at its Finest "Tour Itinerary" *
October 4 – Arrival: Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our representative and escorted to your hotel.
October 5 – Cairo: Memphis and Sakkara in the morning.Lunch at the Sakkara Palm Club. Giza Pyramids and Sphinx in the afternoon.
October 6 – Cairo: The course begins. Half day tour of Old Cairo (St Sergius Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue).
Lunch: Blue Nile restaurant. Doctors are transferred to the hospital and spouses or companions (1 per doctor) are transferred to the hotel.
Dinner: Chantilly restaurant, for everyone.
October 7 – Cairo: Half day tour of Citadel and Gayer-Andersen House. Lunch: Citadel restaurant in Azhar Park.
Doctors are transferred to the hospital and spouses or companions (1 per doctor) are transferred to the hotel.
Dinner: Everyone takes a dinner cruise on the Maxim
October 8 – Cairo: Half day tour of Abdeen Palace and Manial Palace. Lunch: Felfela restaurant.
Doctors are transferred to the hospital and spouses or companions (1 per doctor) are transferred to the hotel.
Dinner: Raucho Kandahar restaurant
October 9 – Cairo: Half day visit to Khan El Khalili bazaar. Lunch. Restaurant in bazaar per our choice.
Doctors are transferred to the hospital and spouses or companions (1 per doctor) are transferred to the hotel.
Dinner: Naguib Mafouz’ restaurant.
October 10 – Cairo: Half Day visit to Dashour, including entry to the Bent and the Red Pyramids.
Lunch: Abu Shakra. Doctors are transferred to the hospital and spouses or companions (1 per doctor) are transferred to the hotel.
Dinner: Le Pache restaurant.
At this point, the group will divide, as people may choose to select one of the two options.
OPTION 2: LUXOR:
October 11 – Early morning transfer to the airport. Fly CAI/ASW. Visit Philae Temple and Aswan Dam. Overnight in Basma hotel.
October 12 – Drive to Luxor, visiting Kom Ombo and Edfu en route. Overnight in Sonesta St George hotel or similar.
October 13 – Visit Karnak and Luxor Temples. Lunch. Cross the Nile and visit Valleys of the Kings and the Queens and Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple. Transfer to the airport. Fly LXR/CAI. Transfer to Meridien Airport.
October 14 – Departure transfer.

OPTION 1: SHARM EL SHEIKH:
October 11 – Transfer to the airport. Fly CAI/SSH and transfer to a hotel.
October 12 – Leisure for beach activities
October 13 – Leisure until it’s time to transfer to the airport. Fly SSH/CAI. Transfer to Meridien Airport BB.
October 14 – Departure transfer.
Option 3: Jordan
Day 1- Airport-JERASH-Umm Qais-Amman
Day 2- Amman-Petra visit-Wadi Rum overnight
Day 3- wadi rum-Mount Nebo-Madaba-dead sea overnight.
Day4- Dead Sea-Jordan River- Amman City Tour- Amman overnight.
Day 5- departure-airport transfer
